Jewish Leaders and Who’s All the Who
These names and labels are not mutually exclusive. A scribe could be a Pharisee. A priest could be a Sadducee. Members of several groups could sit on the Sanhedrin. Some labels describe beliefs, some describe jobs, and some describe political or governing roles.
